When to Submit Forms

All CCA forms are to be submitted only during the CCA/WIE Form Submission Period (the two weeks before the end of the teaching period of each semester). i.e.

Academic Year 2014/15:
Semester 1: 10-23 November 2014
Semester 2: 8-18 April 2015
Summer Semester: 22 June - 4 July 2015
