How to Register

After completinig a co-curricular activity (CCA), you will need to notify the AP Department your intention to use the activity to fulfill your mandatory co-curricular activity requirement. Otherwise the AP Department will have no way to know that you have completed a co-curricular activity already. The notification procedure differs based on whether the CCA is offered by SAO or not.

Co-Curricular Activities Offered by SAO

No further action required, as SAO will register your co-curricular activity for you.

Co-Curricular Activities Offered by the AP Department or Other Sources

Submit CCA Registration Form within the first CCA Form Submission Period after completion of your co-curricular activity to the Applied Physics General Office at CD 616.

There is no way the Department will know that you have participated in a co-curricular activity if you don not submit the CCA Registration Form and, as a result, your mandadatory co-curricular activity requirement will never be fulfilled.
